2. 50% or 100% payment is needed to start your order
3. Please give 1-2 weeks for the creation of your order (updates will be given on the progress of your order)
4. You may choose any color yarn you want with the options being sent via DM
5. You may order through Instagram Direct Message and all details will be discussed there
6. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer
7. Changing of yarn color once order has been placed is NOT ALLOWED
8. Strictly no refunds / returns

1. I only deliver nationwide, if your area is covered by Gogo Xpress. To find out if your area is serviceable by GGX, check out the link down below.
2. I use Milk Cotton yarn for most of my work and if I use any other type it will be indicated in the description of each catalogue item.
3. Sometimes I may finish orders earlier than the 1-2 week time stated so rest assured once your order has been made it will be shipped to you as soon as possible
4. All products are made based on the measurements you give to ensure the best fit! Specific measurements will be asked depending on the item/product you purchase.
5. I used recycled package such as eco bags / magazine paper / newspapers to package each order
6. I do NOT use Shopee checkout
7. Gogo Xpress shipping prices range from 80-150 pesos depending on your area
